PAC COVID-19 Statement

As a charity, we have a Business Continuity Plan and have developed a Contingency Plan for responding to COVID-19 that we have now implemented. Some measures that we have taken include; Staff working from home where possible, increased communications with all staff and service users regarding government advice and support available, and complying with social distancing and increased hygiene, in all aspects of our work. We have also adopted additional support for our staff who are required to self-isolate.

We place the safety of our service users and staff at the forefront of our decisions and they remain our priority.
Referrals for our support are still being taken , and support already in progress is continuing and ongoing a – however where possible this is now delivered via telephone / digital based apps.
Our accommodation provision for homeless young people and victims of domestic abuse remains open and is staffed accordingly.

Training courses are unfortunately postponed until further notice.

We are still in the midst of the pandemic, with no timeframes currently specified as to when this may end. As such, we will continue to adapt as things progress.
