PAC launches new live chat service.
Today, we have launched a new live chat service to support further those in need of our services.
Here at PAC we have been working hard to develop this tool to respond to the current circumstances to ensure that the people who need us can still contact us and engage with us safely and when they need us. Whilst we believe that the highest demand may be for domestic abuse support, this live chat is open in regards to any of our services and anyone contacting us will be responded to on the live chat accordingly by a professional.
The new service will initially be open between 10am–12noon, and 2pm-4pm Monday to Friday.
